Epic’s first buildout with Pipeworks began in 2012, and we’ve collaborated with them on many additions throughout the following years. This sprawling 17,000 SF artisan production brewery facility and bottle shop is home to some of the finest famous craft beers that are distributed all over Illinois, other Midwest states, and even in other areas of the country. Patrons can enjoy these special brews far and wide!

Functionality of the extensive production, canning, and bottling system was a central, creative goal for the Epic team together with Pipeworks … brewery and canning lines, coolers, mill room, bottle shop, major electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, as well as new offices and washrooms. Everything needed for running a tight ship allows this beautiful space to continue thriving!
