This very cool, open and industrial space still has that perfect neighborhood vibe. Taking a 6,000 SF old warehouse, Epic successfully merged a core of solid equipment and brewery, with the “I love being here, it’s so cool!” environment for patrons and employees alike. It’s truly one of the cornerstone establishments on the northwest side of Chicago!

Of special note, this awesome craft brewery and kitchen is home to the award-winning “Beezer” beer, and garnered the gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2019 … very cool! This delicious brew is made on site using the 15-barrel brewing system that Epic installed for Old Irving. We love being connected to this special company, and unabashedly share this highlight whenever we can.

Everything from demo, concrete, excavation and brewery piping, to masonry, rooftop equipment, steel supports, new vestibule and exterior aluminum and glass overhead doors, Epic worked alongside co-founders Trevor Rose-Hamblin and Jeff Linnemeyer at this special place to create everything for the success of this gem in Chicago.
