L&M Fine Foods

It doesn’t get much better than having an awesome deli and market at your neighborhood doorstep! L&M Fine Foods — our first project with owner Rebecca Goldfarb — emerged in a vacant space and culminated in a 2,967 SF showroom for a beautiful array of delicious and unique specialty products of every kind. Well organized, excellent customer flow, and developed with the perfect customer experience in mind, Epic worked on every inch of two floors to create this standout gem in the heart of Ravenswood.

L&M Parkside

Rebecca’s vision reached a new level, and Epic was there to ensure it became a reality in 2021. L&M Parkside’s crisp, clean lines paired with a warm, textural vibe is the sweet spot of this gorgeous new restaurant serving playful takes on classic American fare. From the staircase to the bar, the floors to the brand-new kitchen — and everything in between — Epic is proud of this stylish 2,373 SF project where customers now come to relax and enjoy creative culinary excellence.

SCOPE

L&M Fine Foods

• Buildout and restoration of main level and basement

• Epoxy, concrete, and wood floors with tiling in bathrooms, hallway, and deli

• Custom stone countertops, stainless steel paneling and trim work

• Custom tabletops for POS station and service table, shelves crafted by carpenters on-site

• FRP wall finishes, painting, drywall, restorations

L&M Parkside

• New construction and buildout, including major M/E/P renovation work and new prep kitchen

• Remove / replace existing staircase

• Tile, Drywall, FRP, painting, and the installation of new epoxy and hardwood floors

• Rough carpentry, new wood finishes and stone countertop at bar, and millwork including the installation of wood paneling, banquette framing, buildout of a server station, and new wood cabinetry/shelving
