One of the many client referrals we’ve gained over the years, Ike & Oak Brewing Co. was beyond thrilled with the end results of our collaboration. This comprehensive build-out, completed in 2019, involved major renovations of both the inside and outside of the 6,651 SF space, formerly an old restaurant.

Our love of Ike & Oak’s tasty handmade artisan pizzas wasn’t the only reason the project was a success, either. Working in collaboration with Ike & Oak owner Ed Ranquist and the architects over at Fc Studio, this total redesign and renovation produced the huge brewpub with a new brewhouse, bar, kitchen, and washrooms – complete with major M/E/P overhauls, fire protection work, new concrete slabs, all new interior finishes, and façade restoration. Oh yeah, the pizza … this new space is home to these tasty culinary delights which we still can’t get enough of!

Among some of the MANY additional transformative details we worked on are the brand new bar with stained Chicago butcher block countertops and mosaic tile facade, and a new brewhouse for a 20-barrel system, complete with custom fencing and urethane flooring. This project involved a little bit of everything, including a towering new showcase silo tank, new beer and soda lines and trench drains, custom seating, beautiful wood panel finishes, new storefront, and a full-blown industrial vibe with new aluminum and glass garage doors with air curtains – wow! Everywhere you turn, Ike & Oak Brewing Co. not only takes your breath away, but has every component in place to make it run seamlessly while producing food and brews that your tastebuds won’t forget!
