Working together for a second time with Greg Shuff and DryHop Brewers, this project boasts an immense 3,500 square feet of delight. Completed in 2017, Corridor is a craft brewery and restaurant with a beautiful outdoor patio space.

And … the public has spoken! Corridor Brewery & Provisions has established itself as an über-popular and famous mainstay in the West Lakeview area, with a well-known and award-winning history in the craft brewery industry. Not only are their brews wildly successful with patrons, this hot brewpub has garnered silver and gold awards THREE TIMES at the Great American Beer Festival Awards – they are rockin’ it!

Epic was thrilled to be a main contributor to their success - especially the on-site equipment used in making their award-winning brews. The initial project in 2017 was built with a crisp, industrial style, using existing elements like open truss ceilings and brick walls. Everything from concrete work to custom finishing was employed, and the finished space flows out to a very cool outdoor patio, using custom concrete pours and scoring underfoot the new wood seating. Beyond our initial collaboration, Greg Stuff continued to engage the Epic team for special renovations and installations: a beautiful bar expansion, another fermenter and cooler, and further beautifying the outdoor patio using new fencing, planters and benches.
